TikTok has two gifts called Hand Heart. Both cost 100 coins, and only one of them shows up in the US. So how much is a Hand Heart worth on TikTok? The short version: as much as a hundred Roses or a tenth of a Galaxy, which puts it in the middle of the price range. We start with the part that happens on your overlay, a jar that counts every Hand Heart on the way to a Galaxy, and compare both gifts with all the numbers further down.
Ten Hand Hearts make a Galaxy: let a jar count them
One Hand Heart is a warm moment, but the tenth one is the mark to hit: ten of them equal a Galaxy, 1,000 coins. The Coin Jar in TikFinity makes that visible on your overlay. Every gift drops into a glass jar on screen, the total keeps climbing, and your viewers can see how far the jar has filled. Hand Hearts can arrive as a combo, several in a row from one viewer, and every gift in that streak lands in the jar.
Here is the walkthrough for the jar, straight from the TikFinity team:
@tikfinity.official This is how you can add the Coin Jar overlay to you TikTok LIVE! 😎 With this overlay, you can watch the jar fill up with gifts as your viewers interact and help you reach your goal 🚨#TikFinity #Tutorial

1 Open the overlay gallery in TikFinity and pick the Coin Jar. Under “Gift Type” you decide what counts: “All Gifts” fills the jar with everything your viewers send, “Selected Gifts” limits it to the Hand Heart.
2 Switch on “Show Total Coins” so the running number sits next to the jar, and “Show Leaderboard” if the top senders should appear as well. Combos stay simple: each gift in the streak drops in on its own.
3 Add the overlay as a browser source in OBS Studio (our OBS guide for TikTok LIVE shows where), and the first Hand Heart of the stream drops into the jar. “Reset Jar” starts the next round whenever you go for the next Galaxy.
The Coin Jar is one of the TikFinity Pro overlays.
Want a thank-you to go with the jar? A text-to-speech line reads out who sent the Hand Heart, and if you stream from your phone, TikFinity Mobile can read a spoken thank-you aloud for every gift, no PC needed.
Two gifts called Hand Heart: which one is in your panel?

The TikTok Hand Heart gift on the card above is the one most people mean: two pink hands cupped beneath a heart that looks like glass, shimmering in blue, pink, and rainbow tones, with a ring of light around it. TikTok lists it as a global gift, and it’s the only Hand Heart in the US gift panel.
The second Hand Heart shows two hands forming a heart shape, with a glowing pink heart floating between them. Same name, same 100 coins, same 50 Diamonds for you, but it’s a regional gift: we found it in 46 of the 95 regions we checked, most of them in Europe and the Middle East, plus Japan, Canada, and the Philippines.

How much is a Hand Heart gift on TikTok worth to you?
How much is a Hand Heart on TikTok in dollars? The answer has two halves: your viewer spends about $1.06, and roughly 50 Diamonds, about $0.25 before payout fees, land in your balance. TikTok keeps the difference. And how much is the Hand Heart worth on TikTok when your viewer sends the regional one instead? Exactly the same, it makes no difference which of the two was sent.
How much are Hand Hearts worth on TikTok when several come in? Four of them bring you about a dollar. Ten add up to 1,000 coins, exactly the price of one Galaxy, so they pay out the same, around $2.50.
Count the Hand Hearts from your last LIVE, multiply by 50, and let the calculator below turn those Diamonds into cash. If the currency is new to you, our guide explains how TikTok Diamonds work.
